Free with Order. Due to the increase in postal charges, we cannot mail our printed Catalog for no charge. You will be sent a Catalog free with your Order. Or you can order our Catalog here.

Information Required:
Please be sure to include complete: name, address, country, payment information, etc. Please type or print order clearly. If possible, include a fax number or e-mail address, as these are the best methods of communication. (Be sure to include your country code for fax and phone numbers.) Orders without all information cannot be processed.

Processing:
Orders are usually processed within 5 business days. Delivery time after order has been processed depends on the method of shipping, and your country's Customs.

Shipping Methods

Actual delivery time depends on shipping method. The cost varies greatly with shipping company. Many orders will require custom shipping quote. Please advise how you wish parcels shipped, and if you would like insurance or registration.
If you do not specify exactly how your order should be shipped, RF Parts Co. will use it's best judgement in selecting shipping method.

	UPS & FedEX IS THE BEST WAY TO SHIP United Parcel & Federal Express Shipments: Will be given priority. However, 2-5 working days before shipping may be required due to extra shipping documentation or incomplete information from customer. Express Mail International Service: Orders can be shipped by “EMS” (Express Mail International Serivce), if offered in your country, insured for $1.75 per $100.00 valuation, up to $5000.00. Small Packet: Letter Post “Small Packet Airmail” is the least expensive. Small Packets may be “Registered” for additional fee of $7.50. Minimum Shipping and Handling Charge for Small Packet Airmail up to 16 ounces is $14.50 (Canada/Mexico US$9.50). Maximum of 4 pounds to most countries; 1 to 2 pounds to some countries. Note: No insurance available - shipped at customer risk. Air Parcel Post: Larger packages over 4 lbs. may be sent Air Parcel Post, registration not available. Insurance depends on country.
	Customs: Regulations require actual value of merchandise be stated on Invoicing and paperwork. You are responsible for all Customs fees.
We do not ship Freight Collect.

Orders must be paid in advance, in U.S Dollars.
Postal Money Order:	U.S. or Canadian.
Bank Draft:	drawn on a U.S. bank.
Wire Transfer:	Please contact us for this information.
PayPal:	Our PayPal account ID is order@rfparts.biz.
Credit Card:	We accept Visa and Mastercard. We DO NOT accept American Express! Please follow the special procedures required for verification of credit cards issued outside the U.S.A. Orders cannot be processed until a readable copy of this information is received. On your first order, we require the following information to be faxed to us at 760-744-1943: • Copy of your credit card (front and back) and your credit card billing statement. The billing statement should clearly show your billing address and the credit card number. • On a piece of paper hand-write or type your credit card number and expiration date, and your signature authorizing the transaction. This verification process is required for your initial order, but normally is not required for subsequent orders. We do not keep your credit card number on file unless requested. Use of credit card is contingent upon bank approval. RF Parts does reserve the right to not process orders if the delivery point is not your billing address for your credit card.
