United Parcel Service |
is our standard method of shipping. It is the most convenient and economical: Phone & Fax Orders received before 2:30 p.m. PST (6:00 p.m. EST) are shipped the same day when possible, E-mail Orders received before 2:00 p.m. PST (5:00 p.m. EST) ship same day when possible. It is the only shipping method with COD service. |

Check or money order. Personal checks must have preprinted address and are limited to $40.00 (for immediate shipment). Checks over $40.00 may be held for bank clearance before shipping goods. Any overpayment will be held as a credit for use on your next order. |
C.O.D.: |
Collect On Delivery service is available for $10.00 extra, in addition to shipping charges. COD is available with UPS shipping only.
RF Parts Company does not ship C.O.D. to customers without pre-approval. Pre-approval requires filling out a Check Acceptance application, which takes 1-2 days to process.
Please Note - C.O.D. orders can only be paid by U.S. Postal Money Order or U.S. Bank Cashiers Check. Cash, Travelers Checks and store-issued money orders NOT accepted.
Company checks are not accepted unless pre-approved in advance (Check Acceptance Application must be filled out takes 1-2 days). C.O.D. orders over $1000 must be paid by U.S. Postal Money Order or U.S. bank Cashiers Check. No C.O.D. to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. No C.O.D. on cable. |

Delivery Area Surcharge |
an additional charge of $2.50 for Residential addresses and $1.30 for Business addresses may be assessed for shipments delivered to certain extended areas that are beyond the normal UPS service area. For information about whether your specific address is in an extended area, please ask your RF Parts Sales Rep. |
Address Correction Fee |
UPS and FedEx charge $10 for address correction, we must pass this along to the customer. Be sure to give us your complete and correct address (including Apartment or Suite #; Zip Code; Street, Drive, or Pkwy if applicable; etc). |
