The 097-0311G-A.2 is used as a transmit and/or receive unit with dc voltages up to 24Vdc to power up a Receive Only (R.O.) Preamp generally located near the top of the tower at the antenna. Maximum RF power use is 300 watts. The DC circuit has spike protection and a decoupled (0.5Ω total) limiter to suppress spikes over +30V or -1V to the dc Power Supply.
