1. Search with the Part Number or the Category, using the Simple Search or the Advanced Search.
If you are utilizing our Category search, click the Category of the product that you are looking for, and then click on the image or text that best describes it. There are Sub-categories also, that will assist you in finding what you are looking for in an expeditious manner.
If you know the Part Number of item you are looking for, use the Search field near the top of the page. The Advanced Search shall save you time with Filtered Searches.
2. Add products to your shopping cart.
As you're browsing through our website and you see a product that interests you, click on the image or the name of the product to see more details. The resulting page provides you with a larger image, alternate images and a Product Description, etc. Below the product price you will see, “Add To Cart”. If applicable, you may designate how many items you would like to purchase in the “Quantity” box and then click “Add To Cart”.
3. Begin the Check-out process.
After you have added an item(s) to your Shopping Cart, you shall be on the Shopping Cart page. If you would like to continue shopping, you may click the RF Parts Company banner at the top of the page, or the "Back" button. If you have completed your order, you can then add your zip code and view your shipping charges. This can also be done later in the check-out process. You may “Proceed to Checkout” at this time.
The next screen shall ask you if you have purchased from RFPC in the past and if you had registered your information. If you have registered, simply complete the small form on the right-hand side and click “Log In” for a faster checkout. If you have not created an account and selected a Password, skip this step and use the “Checkout as Guest” feature.
Billing and Shipping Information: Scroll down and enter your appropriate billing and shipping information. For new customers, create a Log In and Password so that you can access the status of your order at a future date. Be sure to select a shipping option at the bottom-right. When you are finished entering this information, click 'Continue Check-Out' at the bottom-right.

- Business Check/Personal Check: The check must clear our bank before the Order is Shipped (5 to 7 business days).
- PayPal: Orders shall be held, until they are verified as “Sent”. If the PayPal payment Confirmation has not been received within15 days, the order will automatically cancel.

On the final screen, when paying with a Credit Card, enter your Credit Card information without dashes or spaces. Add the Expiration Date and the Security Code. Click “Place Order” (It’s important that you click only once).

4. Finalize your purchase and capture your receipt.
Be sure to print the Invoice for your records.

January 1, 2020 Regarding shipments to Brazil: Effective Jan 1, 2020, all shipments to Brazil must include the recipient's Tax Identification number on Customs Declarations and Shipping Labels. Please provide the necessary information listed below. Any Orders/Shipments that are missing the very necessary Tax ID, will possibly be returned or disposed of, by Brazilian Customs. There are several relevant Tax IDs that may be used when ordering from Brazil, including:
