The Eimac 8906AL/Y572AL is a ceramic/metal planar triode specifically processed and tested to assure high reliability in airborne service. This new improved tube also contains the features of the original types, including ceramic/metal contruction, low interelectrode capacitance, high transductance and high mu. It also incorporates an arc-resistant cathode for stable operation in adverse conditions.
