RFA-4005-20

Standard Crimp Handle

The RFA-4005-20 crimp handle is precision manufactured of high-carbon, heat-treated, stamped steel and designed for smooth and rapid die closure. A simple pressure adjustment resets the scissors ratchet mechanism to compensate for different crimp dies and crimp forces. When the correct die is used, the full cycle ratchet will not release until a clean and tight crimp is achieved. Should a mismatch occur, the disengagement lever quickly releases the ratchet mechanism.

For use with the Standard Dies. Crimp handle and two dies also available together in kit RFA-4005.

RFA-4009-20

Heavy Duty Crimp Handle

.The RFA-4009-20 is a piston-type crimper that offers considerably more compression when installing larger ferrules. The smooth ratcheting mechanism will not release until the ferrule is completely crimped. This tool will accommodate the popular low loss .6" diameter cable.

RFA-4005-01

The RFA-4005-01 die set is used to crimp RG58/U, RG59/U, RG142/U, RG8X, LMR195, LMR240, Proflex and various video cables. Cavity dimensions: .052”, .068”, .100”, .213” & .255”. The .052” cavity is unique and used to crimp the center pins of the RFU-600-1 or AMP's 2266-001.

RFA-4005-02

The RFA-4005-02 die set is used to crimp RG8/U, RG213/U, RG214/U, Belden 9913 and LMR400 cables. Cavity dimensions: .100”, .128” and .429”. The .128” cavity crimps the center pin on Belden 9913 cable. This is the only die set with a .128” cavity for 9913 pins.
