HENRY 3000D Radio Frequency Power Generators, rated at 3000 Watts Continuous Output on 13.56 MHz

We have stored several Henry 3000D Generator/Amplifier units in one of our warehouses for more than 15 years.  They were removed from service at "Applied Materials".   The Henrys as a whole and the parts therein, are in good condition.  Each unit is tested and evaluated by our Chief RF Engineer, W6NQ.

The NEW, RF Parts Company 3-500ZG and Taylor Tubes 3-500ZG tubes are the most rugged tubes of this type available.  They are an improved version of the 3-500ZG offered by RF Parts Company, from 1993 to 2019.  This newly revised version has had a failure rate of less than 0.05% during the three years that we have been testing, matching and selling them.

These tubes are a Heavy Duty Graphite Anode version of the original Eimac 3-500Z, and it has a stronger Anode stem-support to add to the tube's ruggedness and stability.  The Graphite Anode, Grid, and Filament are virtually the same as the Graphite version last offered by Eimac, and is interchangeable with this vastly improved transmit tube.

The 4CX10000D is useful as an oscillator, amplifier, or modulator at frequencies up to 110 megahertz and is particularly suited for use as a linear RF amplifier or class-AB audio amplifier.
