HENRY 3000D Radio Frequency Power Generators Rated at 3000 Watts Continuous Output on 13.56 MHz

We have stored several Henry 3000D Generator/Amplifier units in one of our warehouses for more than 15 years.  They were removed from service at "Applied Materials".   The Henrys as a whole and the parts therein, are in good condition.

• Eimac 3CX3000A7 tube. 
• Full Bird Dual Slug Wattmeter setup with forward and reflected power. 
• Three Phase 208/240 V input.
• Full inventory of all electronic parts is not complete. Thank you for your patience, as we are still, "Under Construction" with this endeavor.
• Power requirement: 40 Amps
