The SRF3614 was Motorola select version of MRF646. The SRF3614 had to meet specific gain requirement to receive this part number. All SRF part numbers were Motorola special versions of standard MRF numbers.

This transistor is High Gain Selected MRF421. The SRF3662 was selected for Beta as Blue Dot or above. This transistor was Designed primarily for application as a high–power linear amplifier from 2.0 to 30 MHz.

Specifications:

• Output power = 100+ Watts
• Minimum gain = 10 dB
• Bias Voltage: 12.5 V
• Efficiency = 40%
• IMD = –30 dB (min.)
• Min Frequency: 1 MHz
• Max Frequency: 30 MHz

Tested for load mismatch at all phase angles with 30:1 VSWR
